Counseling the 50%: Select Divorce Issues for the Estate Planner

Kim Kamin, now Chief Wealth Strategist at Gresham Partners, LLC, participated in two sessions titled “Counseling the 50%: Select Divorce Issues for the Estate Planner” during the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) 2013 Annual Meeting. Ms. Kamin discussed a variety of issues for drafting in contemplation of and upon divorce. Ms. Kamin has extensive experience in various aspects of trust and estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related dispute resolution. She advises individuals, families and closely held businesses in wealth preservation, asset protection and succession planning issues. The ACTEC Annual Meeting includes an extended series of seminars presented by distinguished industry leaders. It took place March 5-10, 2013, in Maui, Hawaii.
