ALI-CLE American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education – Planning for the 50%: Divorce and Blended Families

Kim Kamin, Chief Wealth Strategist at Gresham Partners, LLC, spoke on “Planning for the 50%:  Divorce and Blended Families” at the ALI‐CLE Practical Trust and Estate Planning Program on May 1, 2015.  Kim addressed the use of trusts in the context of divorce and what a practitioner should consider in estate planning before, during and after divorce, as well as upon remarriage and in protecting future generations. The program took place at the Marriott Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco, CA.
