Harmon of Schiller Ducanto & Fleck LLP on “Nuptial Agreements: The Good, Bad and Ugly” at the ALI‐CLE Estate Planning in Depth Seminar on June 25, 2015.  The session addressed the use of nuptial agreements and what a practitioner should consider when it comes to marital agreements before (or sometimes during) marriage, both from the perspective of a family law attorney and from an estate planning attorney.
