As an Investment Operations Analyst at Gresham, Jenna works closely with the Investment Team and Investment Operations Team to assist with the valuation of our marketable and non-marketable partnerships. Jenna joined Gresham in March 2024. Her role involves assisting with the accounting and valuation of our partnerships, monitoring partnership cash flow as well as processing requests from Gresham’s investment managers.

Michele originally joined Gresham in 2022 as an Investment Team Coordinator. After a brief departure to enhance her experience in the Private Equity world, she has now returned to Gresham in 2024 as an Investment Operations Analyst. In her current role, she works closely with Gresham’s Investment Team and Investment Operations Team to process investments and respond to requests from Gresham’s investment managers.

Nicolas joined Gresham in 2022 as an Investment Operations Analyst. He is responsible for supporting the Investment Operations team in the valuation process of our partnerships, as well as helping with manager and partnership activity.

Matthew joined Gresham in 2022 as the Controller. He acts as the point of contact for Gresham’s tax advisors and external auditors, provides financial analysis and modeling, researches accounting issues, and maintains effective relationships with third parties.

Kyra joined Gresham in 2021 as an Investment Operations Business Analyst. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst & Project Manager, she uses her experience in business analysis and project management to lead projects across the firm and work with internal teams to advise on and implement process improvements.

Jennifer joined Gresham in 2003, with five years of experience in investment management, financial reporting, auditing and tax. Jennifer spent seven years as an Associate working directly with clients and eight years as an Operations Analyst developing new reporting, business process improvements and creating process efficiencies. Jennifer is currently working closely with the Controller and Investment Team working primarily on reporting, tracking and valuing non-marketable partnerships and client investments. Jennifer continues to work on creating efficiencies and other business process improvements throughout all areas of Gresham.

Joe oversees all aspects of investment operations including tax, legal, audit, administration and banking. In addition, Joe manages and executes the firm’s financial and ownership activities. Joe joined Gresham in 2001 as an Associate, became Controller in 2007 and Director of Investment Operations and Finance in 2020.
