Manager, Client Service
As Manager of Client Service, Ali is responsible for developing, improving and implementing solutions for all client service operational activities. A natural people connector and innovative thinker, she works closely and collaboratively across the firm with its Client Service, Operations and Business Process Improvement teams, identifying new opportunities for making the firm better and more efficient. Ali also supervises the Associate team, which includes onboarding new Associates, ongoing training of all Associates and reinforcing Best Practices.
Ali began her career at Gresham Partners in 2009 as a Marketing and Business Development Associate, managing firmwide branding initiatives to raise Gresham’s national visibility and expand the firm’s professional network and client base. In 2012 Ali became an Associate on the Client Service team where she worked directly with clients to deliver integrated wealth management solutions. Prior to joining Gresham, Ali worked at BMO Capital Markets.
