Eric Jones
Operations Analyst
Eric joined Gresham in 2023 as a Client operations analyst. He is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Operations team including maintaining client portfolio data and our Client Relationship Management system. He works closely with our Client Service Team on client reporting and data management integrity.
Prior to joining Gresham, Eric worked in the logistics industry as a freight broker. Eric is an alum of Central State University where he studied Business Management and Project Management. He is an active mentor in the Common Ground Foundation.
