Kim Baker
Since joining Gresham in 2007, Kim has embraced new opportunities as the firm has grown. Drawing on her extensive institutional knowledge, she supports firmwide initiatives and works collaboratively with colleagues to address challenges as they arise. She values mentoring and developing her team, sharing her experience, and helping team members build new skills and grow professionally.
Prior to joining Gresham, Kim worked as an expense auditor at Navigant Consulting, where she developed a strong foundation in financial processes, organization, and operational efficiency.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys exploring far-off places, attending state fairs, and experiencing live theater. Originally from South Florida, she looks forward to returning there during the winter to visit family.
