Gresham Proudly Celebrates 2026 Promotions!

Gresham Partners is thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotions of the following individuals:

Deanna Bonder has been promoted to Vice President, Human Resources. Deanna manages many of the core HR processes and brings consistency and follow-through to the team’s work.

Michele Yamin has been promoted to Senior Investment Operations Analyst. In her new role , Michele will continue to deepen her expertise while taking on increased responsibility within the Investment Operations Group.

Nicolas Rosas has been promoted to Senior Investment Operations Analyst. In his new role, Nico will continue to expand his proficiency in Alternative Vehicles while taking on increased responsibility within the Investment Operations Group.

Evan Kovatch has been promoted to Senior Investment Analyst. Evan plays a key role in manager evaluation, reporting, and analytics, providing thoughtful analysis and consistently high quality work across the private portfolio.

Maria Leirkjaer has been promoted to Senior Investment Associate. In her new role, Maria will take on increased responsibility for sourcing and manager due diligence, with deeper involvement in the manager-specific components of the investment process.

Tom Yeoh has been promoted to Investment Associate on the Public Markets team. In his new role, Tom will continue to build out his investment due diligence skill set while further advancing our data analytics and risk management functions in support of the Public Markets platform.

Ryan Rowley has been promoted to Technical Business Intelligence Associate. This promotion reflects Ryan’s impact on the d1g1t project and on the organization’s data practices, and he will continue to expand his portfolio of projects that promote efficiency and security across the firm.

Alexa Mittenthal has been promoted to Compliance Associate. In her new role, Alexa will take on expanded responsibilities supporting the Chief Compliance Officer while continuing to build her expertise in compliance matters.

Kelsey Lin has been promoted to Senior Reporting Operations Analyst. Kelsey will continue to support and will help manage the day-to-day functions of client reporting while further developing her expertise in performance reporting, contributing to strategic initiatives, and helping drive ongoing operational enhancements across the Reporting team and firm.

Rachael Forbes has been promoted to Operations Associate. Rachael takes ownership across multiple high-level processes, and she will step into complex operational and leadership responsibilities as needed in her new role.
