Gresham’s Chief Wealth Strategist, Kim Kamin, Recognized as a 2023 Top Women in Law Honoree by Law Bulletin Media and Chicago Lawyer Magazine 

CHICAGO, IL, December 13, 2023 — Gresham Partners proudly announces that Kim Kamin, Partner and Chief Wealth Strategist, has been honored as a “Women in Law – Leaders Leaning In” for 2023 by Law Bulletin Media and Chicago Lawyer Magazine. This honor was celebrated at a reception on November 28th and this exclusive recognition was featured in a special edition of Chicago Lawyer Magazine published today and acknowledging her exceptional contributions to the legal profession, her distinguished leadership, and her mentorship and advocacy for women in law. 

Kim Kamin has been chosen for this honor based on rigorous evaluation by the Law Bulletin Media selection committee for her success in the legal community, her work to mentor and promote other women in the profession, and for being a “shining example” of leadership. Honorees were chosen from law firms, nonprofit institutions, government, private businesses and public companies. 

As Gresham’s Chief Wealth Strategist, Ms. Kamin leads the development and implementation of activities related to wealth transfer planning, fiduciary planning, estate and trust administration, philanthropy, and family engagement and education. 

Ms. Kamin is an adjunct professor at the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, on faculty for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education, on the Editorial Advisory Board of Trusts and Estates Magazine, Regent for the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), Estate Planning and Legal Issues Domain Chair for the UHNW Institute, on advisory boards for multiple local philanthropic organizations, and a member of The Economic Club of Chicago.  A frequent speaker and writer nationally, she is co-executive editor and co-author of the Leimberg Library Tools & Techniques book, Estate Planning for Modern Families.  She received her B.A. from Stanford University and her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
