This presentation talks about considering how the definition of family has changed for families of wealth and how these definitions are reflected in governing estate planning documents, considering sensitivity to issues of diversity, equity and inclusion while estate planning and tax professionals are working with families, and consider the influence accountants may be able to exert during the overall estate planning process to encourage flexibility and sensitivity.
