Deb’s responsibilities include coordinating technology, business analysis, and project management. She has been with Gresham both as an independent consultant and employee since its founding, and also worked as a consultant for Brownson, Rehmus and Foxworth.
Prior to consulting, Deb was at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. for five years as Director of Business Systems Analysis. She has 12 years of experience in various financial reporting and auditing positions at CNA Insurance, Allstate Insurance and Health Care Service Corporation.
Kim joined Gresham in 2007 and became Client Service Coordinator in 2008. Kim is responsible for all facets of client meetings including scheduling and production of materials, as well as supporting the Client Service Team.
Prior to joining Gresham, Kim was an accounts payable representative and expense auditor for Navigant Consulting.
Channing joined Gresham in 2020 as an Associate on the Client Service Team. He works directly with Advisors to provide high-net-worth families with comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Prior to joining Gresham, Channing worked at Deloitte for five years where he consulted with multinational corporations and partnerships on tax matters.
One of Gresham’s founders, Ben brings over 40 years of investment advisory and wealth management experience to Gresham. He established and continues to be involved with many of the firm’s investment initiatives, primarily focusing on asset allocation strategies. Ben continues to serve as a senior advisor to certain clients. He is active in increasing the national visibility of the firm and he is a member of Gresham’s Operating Committee.
Prior to founding Gresham, Ben was a principal at Brownson, Rehmus & Foxworth, Inc. During his 17-year tenure at Brownson, Ben oversaw the management of assets and financial affairs for the firm’s largest clientele and was instrumental in establishing and supervising many of the firm’s investment vehicles. Before joining Brownson, Ben spent 10 years at investment counseling pioneer Stein Roe & Farnham where he became the partner responsible for administering the firm’s $600 million no-load mutual fund group. Ben also served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
Erin joined Gresham in 2019 as an Investment Team & Strategic Initiatives Administrative Coordinator. She is responsible for managing and coordinating logistics for the Investment Team as well as supporting our Vice Chairman, Wally Head.
Prior to joining Gresham, Erin worked with Clune Construction both as a project accountant and accounts receivable coordinator.
Matt is an attorney and CPA who specializes in income, gift and estate taxation. Matt advises a number of client families and has been a leader in the development and implementation of Gresham’s extensive estate, wealth transfer and philanthropic planning services.
As an Advisor, Matt has significant experience with multi-generational financial education programs, family conflict resolution and family business counseling. For many family businesses, Matt’s planning advice and counsel has helped limit the family’s financial risk to the business and increased assets for future generations.
Prior to joining Gresham just after it was formed in 1997, Matt worked at KPMG LLP where he advised Fortune 500 CEOs and their families.
Deanna joined Gresham in 2021 as the Human Resources Generalist. She is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Human Resources function including benefit administration, payroll, talent acquisition, HR documentation and policy upkeep, and compliance.
Prior to joining Gresham, Deanna worked in the Human Resources department for Arbor Lodging Management, a Chicago-based hospitality firm. Deanna is a Saint Xavier Alumna where she was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management and its Chicago chapter.
Les works as an Advisor to provide Gresham families with solutions to wealth management issues. He uses his quantitative, tax and estate planning background to help clients achieve their long-term financial, wealth transfer and philanthropic goals.
Prior to joining Gresham, Les practiced law for eight years as a tax and estate planning attorney in the Chicago office of Sidley Austin LLP, where he provided estate planning advice to high-net worth families and advised corporations and hedge funds on federal and state tax issues.
Alex joined Gresham in 2015 and he worked closely with the Investment Team and Family Office Services group until he became a Client Associate in 2021. As an Associate, Alex works directly with Advisors to provide Gresham’s family clients with comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Before joining Gresham, Alex studied finance and accounting at Illinois State University where he was involved with the American Marketing Association.
As a former attorney with ShawPittman, and a CPA with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young’s National Tax Department, David draws upon a broad and deep knowledge base to provide wealth transfer planning advice. His varied professional experience includes structuring the purchase of a professional NFL team and advising Andersen Consulting partners based in the Americas, Europe and Asia on incentive compensation, and income and estate tax issues in connection with the company’s transition from a partnership to the publicly traded corporation, Accenture.
Before joining Gresham in 2009, David was a vice president and lead advisor at Neuberger Berman’s Boston office where he managed some of the firm’s largest relationships. Prior to that, he was a partner and co-head of the Fiduciary Tax Practice of MFA, a New England CPA firm with more than 100 professionals, and chief investment officer for the firm’s related family office. In addition to his client responsibilities, David supervises Gresham’s relationships with CPA firms across the country.
Noelle joined Gresham in 2017 as a Marketing and Business Development Associate. Noelle is responsible for creating, designing and maintaining all marketing and business development materials; creating prospect meeting books; updating and maintaining Gresham’s website; and, responding to surveys and other requests for information.
Prior to joining Gresham, Noelle worked at the American Bar Association as a marketing specialist for its Senior Lawyers Division.
As Manager of Family Office Services, Stephen delivers integrated wealth management solutions to single and multi-generational families. His 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry provides a deep technical understanding of single and multi-family office operations. His specialty is assisting families transition from a single-family office to being served by Gresham.
Prior to joining Gresham in 2007, Stephen worked at a number of large financial institutions both advising clients, back-office administration, investments and operations.
Ken joined Gresham in 2015. Ken is a Principal and member of the operating committee, having served as Chief Operating Officer through 2020. He will retire at the end of 2021 and focus his remaining time on supporting the transition to Gresham’s new COO and special projects.
Prior to joining Gresham, Ken was founder and president of Isthmus Leadership, a management consulting firm specializing in execution. Previously, Ken served as a technology relationship manager for Jones Lang LaSalle, a principal and director of operations of Fourth Floor Consulting and a senior manager with Accenture.
In his nearly 25-year consulting career, Ken has worked with several financial service firms including Northern Trust, Chicago Board of Trade, Harbor Capital Advisors and BMW Financial Services.
Amanda is Director, Head of Human Resources, and a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. She is responsible for all aspects of the human resource department including employee relations, organizational development, benefit strategy and design, performance management and talent acquisition.
Prior to joining the firm, Amanda served as the chief human resources officer and managed the human resource department within Ziegler, a nationwide investment bank. She brings over 15 years of experience to Gresham as a senior human resources professional with a number of accomplishments in financial services, professional services, sales and technology industries.
Amanda received her bachelor’s degree in business management from DePaul University. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago.
Beau joined Gresham in 2021 as a Business Analyst on the Operations Team. He focuses on improving internal software systems and applications and helping ensure the firm's technology remains state-of-the-art to serve the firm's clients and other stakeholders.
Prior to joining Gresham in this role, Beau provided business process and technology consulting services to Gresham and other clients.
Palak joined Gresham in 2021 as an Operations Analyst. She is responsible for maintaining client portfolio data and our client relationship management system. Palak works closely with our Client Service Team on client reporting and data management integrity.
Prior to joining Gresham, Palak worked as a wealth management intern at IIFL Wealth Management in India.
Kayla joined Gresham in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant. Kayla provides support for several areas of the firm but in particular she supports the Client Service Team. She assists with client service material, contributes to ongoing organizational projects and steps in wherever there is an administrative need.
Prior to Gresham, Kayla worked at BGBC Partners as an administrative assistant.
Justin is responsible for delivering Gresham’s integrated wealth management services to families, business owners, and executives. He leverages his expertise in investments and wealth transfer planning to advise clients on achieving their personal, philanthropic and financial objectives. As an Advisor, Justin works closely with multiple generations of family members when dealing with the complexities of inherited wealth.
Prior to joining the Gresham, Justin advised high-net-worth families at J.P. Morgan Private Bank.
Melissa joined Gresham in 2019 as Office Coordinator. Melissa is responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly, providing administrative support for our day-to-day operations and creating a welcoming environment for our clients and guests.
Prior to joining Gresham, Melissa worked as member services manager at the Chicago Yacht Club.
Wally leads Gresham’s strategic initiatives to grow the business and raise the firm’s national visibility, and he serves as a senior advisor to families and their related entities. Wally draws on over 35 years of experience serving as a senior executive in trust, investment, wealth management and family office advisory firms, and as a personal advisor to wealthy individuals and families. As the founder of Personal Fiduciary Advisors, LLC (“PFA”), now a subsidiary of Gresham, Wally provided unconflicted consulting services to wealthy families, family offices, banks and investment advisors.
Prior to establishing PFA, Wally was chief executive officer of wealth management at The PrivateBank and Trust Company, in Chicago, where he also served as a member of the Bank’s executive committee and board of directors, and chairman of its trust committee. Previously, Wally was co-owner and president of Family Office Exchange, LLC, a managing director of Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., and a tax partner and national director with Arthur Andersen & Co.
Wally has served as a Trustee and Board officer of non-profit organizations, and he is the lead independent member of distribution and investment committees of a family private trust company.
Marge joined Gresham Partners in 2014 as an Executive Assistant and a key member of its Client Service Team. In 2020, she became the Administration and Project Support Specialist. Marge’s responsibilities include administration, information audit and Client Service project support across the firm as Gresham continues to improve and implement new infrastructure, specifically in the areas of Client Service and Operations.
Prior to joining Gresham, Marge worked at Schiff Hardin LLP for 27 years in its Private Clients, Trusts and Estates Group, most recently as a legal assistant for two partners and an associate in that group.
May joined Gresham in 2020 as the Executive Assistant to Kim Kamin, Gresham’s Wealth Strategist. May provides key support for Gresham’s wealth transfer planning activities, including production of client meeting materials, scheduling and assisting with estate planning projects.
Prior to joining Gresham, May worked at Egon Zehnder as an executive assistant supporting consultants in the executive search process.
Kim joined Gresham after spending many years as a practicing attorney who counseled families regarding the preservation and transfer of their wealth over multiple generations. In her role at Gresham, Kim leads the development and implementation of estate, wealth transfer, philanthropic, education and fiduciary planning activities, advising clients and speaking and writing on topics related to managing multi-generational wealth.
During her legal career, Kim advised clients on a wide array of entity restructuring, succession planning, trust and estate administration, asset protection and philanthropic issues. She also represented wealth owners, beneficiaries, fiduciaries and custodians in contested matters and served as counsel for the formation and operation of not-for-profit entities.
Kim is a frequent speaker at national conferences and a contributor to publications that focus on preserving, growing, managing and transferring wealth. She is also the executive co-editor and co-author of the Leimberg Library Tools & Techniques of Estate Planning for Modern Families (3rd Ed., 2019).
Coco joined Gresham in 2019, where her responsibilities include extensive due diligence and analysis of potential investment opportunities, as well as sourcing, structuring and execution of investments. She is also actively involved in monitoring of investment performance.
Prior to joining Gresham, Coco was an Associate in the Leveraged Finance group of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, originating and syndicating non-investment grade corporate bonds and term loans for institutional investors.
Steve joined Gresham’s Investment Team in 2008, where his responsibilities have evolved from performance analytics to a broader set of investment functions, including investment research and systems evaluation for the investment team’s risk monitoring framework. Steve is actively involved in the sourcing and evaluation of prospective investments, as well as the ongoing monitoring of existing investments.
Steve joined Gresham in 2005, working on the Operations Team in various capacities. Prior to Gresham, Steve worked as an investment accountant at William Blair & Company and as a financial analyst at STRATTEC Security Corporation.
As Manager of Client Service, Ali is responsible for developing, improving and implementing solutions for all client service operational activities. A natural people connector and innovative thinker, she works closely and collaboratively across the firm with its Client Service, Operations and Business Process Improvement teams, identifying new opportunities for making the firm better and more efficient. Ali also supervises the Associate team, which includes onboarding new Associates, ongoing training of all Associates and reinforcing Best Practices.
Ali began her career at Gresham Partners in 2009 as a Marketing and Business Development Associate, managing firmwide branding initiatives to raise Gresham’s national visibility and expand the firm’s professional network and client base. In 2012 Ali became an Associate on the Client Service team where she worked directly with clients to deliver integrated wealth management solutions. Prior to joining Gresham, Ali worked at BMO Capital Markets.
Allie joined Gresham in 2020 as an Operations Analyst. She is responsible for maintaining client portfolio data and our Client Relationship Management system. She works closely with our Client Service Team on client reporting and data management integrity.
Prior to joining Gresham, Allie worked as a business development representative.
Joe serves as an Investment Associate, focusing on the firm’s private equity, real estate, and natural resources investment programs. His responsibilities include manager search, research, due diligence, execution and portfolio monitoring. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) designations.
Prior to joining Gresham’s Investment Team in 2012, Joe worked in various capacities supporting Gresham’s client service function, primarily tracking and reporting on client assets and investment portfolios.
Jeanne joined Gresham in 2010, having spent over 14 years in the financial industry with experience in client service, operations and technology. She is responsible for managing Gresham’s project portfolio, including coordinating the sequencing and execution of projects, creating project plans, maintaining project communication, analyzing and improving current business processes, and specifying/maintaining systems solutions. She also provides guidance for quality assurance of client portfolio data and reports.
Jeanne was a Business Analyst Consultant prior to joining Gresham and held Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses during her years in the brokerage industry at Morgan Stanley and RBC Wealth Management.
Vinod joined Gresham in 2014 and helps manage the firm’s finance function and operational aspects of Gresham’s investment partnerships. He is responsible for strategic financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, treasury management, audit, process improvement and executing on the investment team’s strategies. He is also responsible for managing external fund accounting, tax, legal, banking and audit relationships.
Prior to joining Gresham, Vinod worked as an accounting analyst at private equity firm Muller & Monroe Asset Management, LLC in Chicago. He managed all phases of private equity back-office functions, including financial reporting, analysis, cash management and audit.
Meredith is Chief Operating Officer, Principal and a member of the firm's Operating Committee. She is responsible for leading investment operations, finance, client operations, technology, business process improvements, administration, facilities and compliance. Meredith is focused on providing strategic quality support services, scalable platforms and process improvements to advance the firm’s differentiated investment solutions and wealth management services.
Prior to joining the firm, Meredith served as executive director and chief operating officer of Jenner & Block, a global law firm; worldwide chief financial officer of Edelman, a global marketing and communications firm; chief financial officer of Medline Industries, a global medical products manufacturer and distributor; and vice president at First Chicago Capital Markets, the investment banking subsidiary of The First National Bank of Chicago. She began her career as a practicing lawyer in finance.
With over 35 years in the investment management field, Lee draws upon her deep and varied experience to provide creative, tailored solutions that help her clients successfully transition through key life events. Her client experience includes the sale of a large Chicago-based family business from the founder to his children, the retirement of a Fortune 500 CEO to entrepreneur status, and the successful integration of the second generation of a family into their family plan due to the untimely death of the first generation.
Prior to joining Gresham, Lee was a senior vice president at Bessemer Trust and a vice president at Brown Brothers Harriman, responsible for leading some of the firm’s larger client relationships. She began her career at The First National Bank of Chicago in the Trust and Probate Department. In addition to her advisory duties at Gresham, Lee manages Gresham’s delivery of private travel management services. Through her efforts as an associate member of the Donors Forum, Lee is also charged with growing Gresham’s relationship with Chicago’s philanthropic community.
Shannon joined Gresham in 2012 as an Operations Analyst. She is responsible for maintaining client portfolio data and our Client Relationship Management system and report set-up and generation. In 2017, Shannon became a Senior Operations Analyst.
Prior to Gresham, Shannon worked as an account administrator for Alternative Investments at Millennium Trust Company, LLC.
Robert joined Gresham as Chief Compliance Officer in 2020. He is responsible for the firm’s compliance and information security programs.
Prior to joining Gresham, Robert was chief compliance officer and general counsel for Chicago Equity Partners, LLC. He has over 12 years of experience in a legal and compliance capacity with various investment advisory firms.
Ted serves as the firm’s President and Chief Investment Officer. In his role as CIO, Ted chairs Gresham’s Investment Committee and leads its Investment Team to establish investment themes and identify opportunities that fit within the firm’s unconventional investment approach. Unlike traditional investment approaches, Gresham’s success is predicated on identifying and gaining access to select managers located around the world. Ted also shapes the firm’s views and practices to overcome the limitations of commonly accepted investment principles and practices that have failed investors, particularly during the most difficult market environments. In his role as President, Ted is responsible for establishing Gresham’s strategic direction and chairing its Operating Committee.
Prior to Gresham, Ted served as chief investment officer at Nuveen Asset Management where he was responsible for the firm’s investment activity. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Ted held several positions during his 16 years at Nuveen, including director of corporate strategy and development, and managing director of research and risk management.
Shafer joined Gresham in 2019. She works with both the Client Service Team and Operations Team, and she serves as a contact between Gresham and the custodian.
Prior to working at Gresham, Shafer attended the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA where she studied finance and accounting.
Alexandra joined Gresham in 2019 as an Associate. Alexandra works directly with Advisors to provide high net worth families with comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Prior to joining Gresham, Alexandra worked for five years with high-net-worth clients as an associate at Brownson, Rehmus & Foxworth.
Ryan joined Gresham in 2021 as a Custodian Operations Analyst. He works with both the Client Service and Operations Teams, as well as acts as a designated contact between the custodian and Gresham.
Prior to joining Gresham, Ryan attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he studied Economics, received a Certificate in Business and completed the CFP-certified program.
Nicole leads Gresham’s client experience and development efforts. In this capacity, she is responsible for developing and enhancing client relationships and driving the firm’s marketing strategy. Nicole draws on over 30 years of experience serving as an attorney and senior executive in trust, investment, wealth management and family office advisory firms, and as a personal advisor to wealthy individuals and families.
Prior to Gresham, Nicole served as an Executive Vice President of the PNC Financial Services Group and as the Managing Executive of Hawthorn, PNC Family Wealth. Previously, she served as Director of Fiduciary Services at Hawthorn and provided wealth management advice to ultra-high net worth clients. Nicole began her career in the advertising industry with D’Arcy Masius Benton and Bowles in New York City. As the daughter of family business owners, early in her career she assumed responsibility for managing the family’s restaurant, jazz club and real estate business, also located in New York City. Later she practiced law in high profile law firms in Philadelphia until she established and ran her own trust and estate legal practice for nearly a decade.
As a speaker and writer, Nicole addresses a broad range of financial topics, as well as her unique experiences as a black female executive in the financial industry. Nicole’s written work has been featured in Financial Advisor IQ, Philadelphia Business Journal, Advisor Magazine, and Fairygodboss.com. Her speaking engagements have included Bloomberg Radio, Financial Planning Association National Conference, the Forum for Executive Women among others.
Nicole has been actively involved over the past 30 years in community projects and issues affecting the underserved in the areas of education, legal advocacy and social justice. She currently sits on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Kimmel Center for Performing Arts and she is a member of the Forum of Executive Women.
Josh joined Gresham in 2020 as a Business Analyst on the Client Service Team. He works closely with all members to implement and improve the technology resources and tools.
Before joining Gresham, Josh worked at Vivaldi Capital Management as a director of advisory solutions. Prior to that, he was a senior associate and product strategist at Dearborn Capital Management. Josh started his career working for a financial services firm in Austin, Texas where he helped high net worth clients meet their financial goals.
Christina joined Gresham in 2017 as an Associate. Christina works directly with Advisors to provide high net worth families with comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Prior to joining Gresham, Christina worked at UBS Financial Services, Inc. as a client service associate.
Michelle joined Gresham in 2021 as an Associate on the Client Service Team. She works directly with Advisors to provide high-net-worth families with comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Prior to joining Gresham, Michelle worked at Zuckerman Investment Group for three years as a relationship management associate.
Emma joined Gresham in 2017 as a Client Service Coordinator. She is responsible for producing client meeting materials and supporting the Client Service Team, and she is the primary liaison for Greenhouse Scholars, an education non-profit organization that Gresham supports. In addition to those responsibilities, Emma also facilitates Gresham’s annual client event.
Prior to joining Gresham, Emma was a marketing associate for Institutional Capital.
Emily joined Gresham in 2017 and works as the liaison between the Client Service and Operations Teams. She is also a designated contact between Gresham and the custodian.
Before joining Gresham, Emily studied finance and statistics at Iowa State University.
Nate joined Gresham in 2017 as an Associate on the Client Service Team. He works directly with Advisors to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions for high net worth families.
Prior to joining Gresham, Nate worked at AMG National Trust Bank for five years as a financial analyst helping high net worth clients achieve their long-term financial goals.
Joe oversees all operational aspects of Gresham’s investment partnerships, including workflow, coordination of legal review and capital controls. He is also responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and banking relationships. Joe joined Gresham in 2001 as an Associate and became Controller in 2007. During his six years as an Associate, Joe worked with Advisors in all aspects of Gresham’s wealth management services. He served as Lead Associate and was involved in the development and training of the Associate position.
Prior to Gresham, Joe spent three years in the family office of Henry Crown and Company, responsible for tax accounting and tax filing.
David is one of Gresham’s founders and oversees the firm’s client service offering, advises client families and serves on Gresham’s Operating Committee. As Director of Client Service, David oversees the firm’s Client Service Team members to ensure they utilize best practices and that their delivery of the firm’s services is consistent across all clients.
In his client advisory role, David serves current and retired CEOs of public companies and he is intimately familiar with the particular issues they face. David uses his expertise and experience regarding compensation and benefits plans, wealth transfer planning and investments to benefit his clients, many of whom he has served for over 20 years.
Prior to Gresham, David advised high-net-worth clients at Brownson, Rehmus & Foxworth, Inc., and served as a senior manager in Ernst & Young’s personal financial planning group.
Jennifer joined Gresham in 2003, with five years of experience in investment management, financial reporting, auditing and tax. Jennifer spent seven years as an Associate working directly with clients and eight years as an Operations Analyst developing new reporting, business process improvements and creating process efficiencies. Jennifer is currently working closely with the Controller and Investment Team working primarily on reporting, tracking and valuing non-marketable partnerships and client investments. Jennifer continues to work on creating efficiencies and other business process improvements throughout all areas of Gresham.
Prior to Gresham, Jennifer was an assistant controller at Alpha Capital Partners, responsible for financial accounting and reporting. She was also a tax accountant at American Express Tax and Business Services and a financial services tax accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Suzanne joined Gresham in 2017 as an Investor Relations Associate. She works closely with Gresham’s Controller, Chief Compliance Officer, and Client Service Team on Gresham partnership transactions, compliance reporting, and special projects. She also works with outside firms that provide fund administration, banking, and tax services for Gresham’s investment partnerships.
Prior to Gresham, Suzanne worked as a Client Solutions Manager at Stevens Wealth and as a Client Service Associate at William Blair & Company.
Greg serves as an Advisor to client families and works closely with the Investment Team to facilitate the communication of key investment themes, asset allocation concepts, portfolio implementation strategies and performance results. Greg brings over 15 years of investment experience focused primarily on alternative investment strategies, having served as a portfolio manager and senior investment research professional.
Throughout his career, Greg has also spent considerable time working with clients, providing education on various market themes and investment strategies, and creating customized portfolio solutions, mainly through the use of hedge funds and other hedging techniques.
Prior to joining Gresham in 2016, Greg was most recently a portfolio manager with Aurora Investment Management, a Chicago based fund-of-hedge funds firm. Before joining Aurora, Greg held senior investment research positions within the wealth management division of Guggenheim Partners and with Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners. Greg began his career in investment banking at A.G. Edwards & Sons where he focused on private placement transactions and private equity investments.
Toufik joined Gresham’s Investment Team in 2018 to meet the Team’s growing demand for advanced technologies and data analysis. Toufik’s responsibilities include performance and exposure analytics, maintaining the Investment Team’s data and streamlining data workflows for reporting efficiency.
Prior to joining Gresham, Toufik worked at Braintree Payments as a credit analyst where he underwrote new merchants and improved the team’s reporting dashboards and workflows.
Joe is a senior member of Gresham’s Investment Team and a member of its Investment Committee, serving as a Portfolio Manager for its marketable strategies investment partnerships. Joe uses his research, analytical and trading experience to identify, evaluate and help select compelling investment strategies and managers on a global basis. His background in quantitative modeling was instrumental in developing the firm’s manager due diligence process and risk monitoring framework. Joe has experience in all aspects of Gresham’s investment platform, including overseeing all back-office functions of the firm’s investment partnerships.
Prior to joining Gresham, Joe was a vice president in the Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch, developing asset allocation, portfolio construction and manager selection strategies for the firm’s largest advisory groups.
As an Advisor, Amber is responsible for providing integrated wealth management solutions to a select group of Gresham families. She provides extensive estate, wealth transfer and philanthropic planning advice to clients and helps them achieve their long-term financial and charitable goals. Amber also assists clients in transitioning through key life events and focuses on next generation education.
Prior to joining Gresham, Amber spent seven years at J.P. Morgan, primarily working with business owners and law firm partners.
Leisa is responsible for delivering Gresham’s integrated wealth management services to a select group of families and business leaders. She helps her clients navigate and surmount the challenges associated with retirement planning, income tax planning and estate planning by applying a highly disciplined approach characterized by attentiveness to detail. Leisa is skilled at building meaningful relationships with younger generations and is often tapped by wealthy families to educate their children about the complexities of inherited wealth.
Prior to Gresham, Leisa worked at Deloitte & Touche where she advised high net worth individuals. In addition to her advisory duties, Leisa manages the firm’s associates and maintains the firm’s relationships with healthcare and property and casualty insurance providers located nationally.
Kimberly joined Gresham in 2019 as an Associate on the Client Service Team. She works directly with Advisors to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions to high-net-worth families.
Prior to joining Gresham, Kimberly worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC) for two years where she prepared individual, trust, gift and estate tax returns for high net worth families, Private Equity firms, and corporate executives.
Sean is a senior member of Gresham’s Investment Team, serving as Portfolio Manager for its private market investment strategies. His primary responsibilities include developing, sourcing and executing private investments around the world.
Prior to joining Gresham, Sean served as co-head of private markets for the Alfred I. duPont Charitable Trust, a $6.5 billion foundation based in Jacksonville, FL.
Kyra joined Gresham in 2021 as an Investment Operations Business Analyst. She works closely with Gresham’s Controller and Investment Operations team to process investments and respond to requests from Gresham’s investment managers. She also works with Gresham’s Chief Operating Officer and its Manager of Investment Operations and Finance on process improvement and system implementation.
Prior to joining Gresham, Kyra worked as a business analyst in the Project Management Office at Jenner & Block, LLP.
Jeff joined Gresham in 2016 as an Associate on the Client Service Team. He works directly with Advisors to deliver integrated wealth management solutions for high net worth families.
Prior to Gresham, Jeff worked at Northern Trust for five years in institutional services and private wealth management as a portfolio management associate.
Irene joined Gresham in 2020 as a Senior Investment Analyst on the Investment Team focusing on private market investment strategies. Her responsibilities include manager search, research, due diligence, execution and portfolio monitoring.
Prior to joining Gresham’s Investment Team, Irene was a senior associate in PwC’s Deals practice, helping clients navigate complex accounting issues during M&A transactions.
