Kim Kamin, Chief Wealth Strategist at Gresham Partners, LLC, was a panelist discussing “Examining The Family Office Governance Journey” for the 2023 FOX Family Office Wealth Advisor Forum. This presentation discussed how each family office is unique, and so are the governance structures needed to meet the family’s objectives. The panel helped attendees understand when a family office should implement more (or less) formal governance components – from committees to councils to bringing in outside directors alongside family members.
