Business Intelligence Junior Analyst
As a Business Intelligence Junior Analyst at Gresham, Celena supports the firm’s data and technology initiatives by contributing to key projects and strengthening internal reporting processes. With a focus on optimization and effective collaboration, she plays a meaningful role in supporting the firm’s data driven initiatives.

Celena joined Gresham in 2026 as a Business Intelligence Junior Analyst. In her role, she supports major data and reporting initiatives, such as the d1g1t migration project, and works closely with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy, operational efficiency, and internal workflows.

Celena graduated from Northwestern University in December 2025 with a B.A. in Data Science and a certificate in Human-Computer Interaction. During her time there, she worked as a data analysis Research Assistant on numerous social psychology research projects and presented her work at the 2026 Society for Personality and Social Psychology Conference. She was also a member of Gresham’s inaugural internship cohort, completing two terms as a Business Intelligence Intern before joining the firm full-time after graduation.

Outside of work, Celena enjoys creative pursuits such as crocheting, playing guitar, and dancing, watching her favorite artists in concert, and fostering adorable cats.
