As a Partner and Advisor, Les uses his quantitative, tax and estate planning background to help clients achieve their long-term financial, wealth transfer and philanthropic goals. Understanding that families face many complex wealth planning questions, Les is passionate about clear communication with his clients, allowing them to understand fully the investment and planning opportunities available to them so they can confidently make the best decisions for their families.
Prior to joining Gresham, Les practiced law for eight years as a tax and estate planning attorney in the Chicago office of Sidley Austin LLP, where he provided estate planning advice to high-net worth families and advised corporations and hedge funds on federal and state tax issues.
