Joe Richardson
Partner & Director of Investment Operations and Finance
As Director of Investment Operations and Finance at Gresham, Joe oversees all aspects of investment operations and the firm’s financial activities.
Joe joined Gresham in 2001 as a Client Service Associate, was promoted to Controller in 2007, and has served as Director of Investment Operations and Finance since 2020. His role involves overseeing legal, audit, administrative, and banking relationships related to Gresham’s marketable and non-marketable investments.
Prior to joining Gresham, Joe worked at Henry Crown and Company as a tax accountant for three years.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys sports, reading, and cycling. He also stays busy supporting his three children in their activities: his two sons play basketball, baseball, and golf, while his daughter participates in cheer and dance.
