Ted Neild
In his role as CIO, Ted chairs Gresham’s Investment Committee and leads its Investment Team to drive results for our clients. In his role as CEO, Ted is responsible for establishing Gresham’s strategic direction to ensure adherence to our founding principles while innovating for the future. As Chair of Gresham’s Operating Committee, he serves alongside the President, Director of Business Development & Marketing and Chief Human Relations Officer to shape the firm’s direction, nurture culture, and manage overall operations.
Prior to Gresham, Ted spent 16 years at Nuveen where he served as Chief Investment Officer at Nuveen Asset Management, Director of Corporate Strategy and Development, and Managing Director of Research and Risk Management.
Outside of work, Ted is a frustrated golfer (it shouldn’t be that difficult) and an avid reader of countervailing perspectives and fiction.
