As Director of Business Intelligence, Beau leads a team of business analysts and project managers who use technology, data, and creative thinking to help Gresham grow securely and sustainably.
The Business Intelligence team drives the firm’s digital transformation, ensuring every group at the firm does its best work assisted by the best technology for the job. Since joining Gresham in 2021, Beau has pioneered a people-focused approach that centers individual teams’ needs in process improvements, ensuring Gresham and Client goals remain aligned.
Prior to joining Gresham as employee, Beau provided business process and technology consulting to Gresham and other firms. He has previously worked in product management.
Beau spends his leisure time running, cycling, reading, and trying his best.
