Leisa Storbeck
Partner, Chief Client Officer
As Chief Client Officer, Leisa oversees the firm’s Client Service Team to ensure that the delivery of the firm’s services is consistent across all clients and of the highest quality.
As Partner & member of Gresham’s Operating Committee, Leisa serves alongside the Chief Executive Officer, the President, and Chief Human Resources Officer to shape the firm’s direction, nurture culture, and manage overall operations. She is also responsible for the development of the team members and ensuring the continued growth of their knowledge and capabilities.
Prior to Gresham, Leisa worked at Deloitte where she advised corporate executives and private business owners.
Outside of work, Leisa enjoys running half marathons, improving her skill at platform tennis and striving to create “Atomic Habits”.
