Jenniffer Hernandez
Jenniffer joined Gresham in 2022 and is responsible for adopting new technology, designing solutions that streamline day-to-day operations, and partnering with teams throughout the firm to turn manual, time-consuming processes into reliable, scalable systems. Working closely with stakeholders across client service, operations, administration, and business development, she develops automation and document-processing tools that improve accuracy and give colleagues more time for higher-value work.
Prior to joining Gresham, Jenniffer worked as a consultant at Capgemini, where she supported SAP implementations for clients nationwide.
Outside of work, Jenniffer loves introducing her daughter to flavors from around the world, hiking with her husband, and catching as many sunrises as she can.
