Amanda DeHaan
Amanda oversees all aspects of Gresham’s Human Resources, including employee relations, organizational development, benefits strategy and design, performance management, and talent acquisition. She also leads the Administrative Team, which supports the entire firm in various capacities. As a Partner and member of Gresham’s Operating Committee, Amanda serves alongside the Chief Executive Officer, the President, and the Chief Client Officer to govern the firm, shape its culture, and manage Gresham’s overall operations.
Amanda has over 15 years of experience as a senior human resource professional. Her experience spans virtually every facet of human resources and includes leadership roles in the financial services, professional services, and technology industries. Prior to joining Gresham, Amanda served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ziegler, a nationwide boutique investment bank, and as Head of Human Resources at Kovitz Investment Group, a wealth management firm.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Amanda has been involved in a variety of philanthropic efforts in the Chicago community, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Blessings in a Backpack, Marillac St. Vincent, Mit Liebe dog rescue, the Greater Chicago Food Depository, and Humble Hearts. Outside of work, she enjoys international travel and reading. She also fosters dogs, regularly opening the home she shares with her German Shepherd, Zeus, to animals in need.
