Amanda DeHaan
Partner & Chief Human Resource Officer
Amanda leads the Human Resources team. In this capacity, she is responsible for all aspects of the human resource department including employee relations, organizational development, benefit strategy and design, performance management and talent acquisition.
Prior to joining the firm, Amanda served as the chief human resources officer and managed the human resource department within Ziegler, a nationwide investment bank. She brings over 15 years of experience to Gresham as a senior human resources professional with a number of accomplishments in financial services, professional services, sales and technology industries.
Amanda received her bachelor’s degree in business management from DePaul University. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago.
