Amanda DeHaan
Amanda oversees all aspects of Gresham’s Human Resources including employee relations, organizational development, benefits strategy and design, performance management and talent acquisition, as well as leads the administrative team which supports the entire firm in varying capacities. As Partner and member of Gresham’s Operating Committee, Amanda serves alongside the Chief Executive Officer, the President and the Head of Client Service to govern the firm, set culture and manage Gresham’s overall operations.
Amanda has over 15 years of experience as a senior human resource professional with accomplishments that touch virtually every facet of human resources, with additional experience in the management of financial services, professional services and technology industries. Prior to Gresham, Amanda served as Chief Human Resources officer with Ziegler, a nationwide boutique investment bank, as well as Head of Human Resources at Kovitz Investment Group, a wealth management firm.
In addition to Amanda’s professional experience, she has been involved in a variety of philanthropic efforts in the Chicago community, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Blessings in a Backpack, Marillac St. Vincent, Mit Liebe dog rescue, the Greater Chicago Food Depository and Humble Hearts.
Amanda currently resides in Chicago, with her husband Patrick and son Jacob as well as their German Shepherd, Zeus with temporary stays by various dogs in need of a foster home.
